Returns & Exchanges

Please complete this form with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond with instructions for how to exchange items from your order.

- Items must be returned in the original packaging in the same condition as when it was received, including parts, accessories and tags attached to it without alteration and without any signs of use.

- If you purchase a swimsuit or bikini bottom and remove the hygienic liner, we will no longer be able to accept the return.

- The customer will bear the costs incurred in the logistics of transportation to the facilities of SEA WAVE INTERNATIONAL LLC. 

- We recommend using a traceable courier company for the return of the product, either USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United parcel Service), DHL, FedEx (among others).

- Purchases made from department stores or distributors may only be returned to the original seller. No returns will be received for purchases made in physical stores, only for purchases made online at the official site:

 - Gifts must be included if the order is returned; otherwise, a restocking fee of 5% of the original purchase value will be deducted from any store credit.

Refunds will be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product at our facilities. Generally, returns are refunded in the original method of payment.

 After submitting the request, the product will undergo an inspection to verify compliance with the terms outlined in this policy. Please note that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected, and additional verification is required. In accordance with our policy, if in any case you are charged more than the published or advertised price, we will refund the difference guaranteeing the advertised price, please note that the established times to receive response to the request submitted to OndadeMar are up to 15 business days.


If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made on our website, just complete this form and return the products within five (5) business days from the date of receipt for a full refund.


If applicable, the refund shall be made without any interest, premium or additional sum, and shall be made net of all shipping and import costs incurred, unless prohibited by law.



In OndadeMar all our products are manufactured with excellent quality standards. Customers should read very well the instructions for use and washing and warning labels attached to the product for proper use and care, keep in mind that there are designs that have a handmade process that allows you to have unique and irregular finishes between the same reference.

However, if the garment were to have quality defects despite its proper use during the warranty period, or if it were to arrive imperfect, we will proceed as indicated below:



The products are guaranteed for 6 months counted from the date of delivery of the product.

The response of the approval to the warranty will be subject to the result of the technical evaluation carried out by OndadeMar, since it must be taken into account that the warranty is lost if:

- Failure to follow the detailed instructions on the label.

- Contact of the garment with chemical products that generate discoloration of the fabrics

- Contact of the garment with bleach or detergents containing bleach.

- If the product has been altered, tampered with or modified by the customer.

- Normal wear and tear of the product.

-Damage caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lightning or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, interventions or alterations by third parties or other external factors.

-Damage due to fault or lack of knowledge of the customer.

In the event that the product is found to have manufacturing or quality defects, and therefore the warranty request is approved, an equal reference will be shipped; if the same reference is not available, the effective refund of the money will be made or request the same value of the defective garment to be registered as a credit balance (voucher or purchase coupon) which may be applied in a next purchase.

The voucher or purchase coupon will be valid for 3 months from the date on which it is made.


Warranty claim requirements:

The customer must submit in writing through the form the request.

The customer must provide the invoice or purchase ticket.

Must indicate in descriptive form the defect that the product has in the product warranty form and deliver the garment to the store for analysis.

Attach photos of the product and the defect in the garment.



SEA WAVE INTERNATIONAL LLC (OndadeMar) will respond to warranty claims within 15 business days.

The items are reviewed by our Quality Auditors, who will make the corresponding decision in accordance with the rules that regulate the matter.

Once an exchange, voucher or coupon for an equal or same value product is authorized or the Quality Auditor determines that your request has been denied, a Customer Service agent will inform you of the decision made via e-mail indicating the steps to follow.


Onda de Mar reserves the right to accept the garments with previous analysis of the product. The garment must be delivered in good hygienic conditions, clean and dry.

When the damage comes from misuse of the product by the consumer, or does not follow the instructions for use.
