Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted for an exchange or merchandise credit.  NO REFUNDS will be issued for returned items on orders received after August 1st 2011.

Should you have a need to return an item that is not final sale, you may do so for an exchange or merchandise credit.

Returns for exchanges or merchandise credit are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.

The product must be in perfect shape, unused, with tags attached and with the hygienic protectors intact.  Any product/s received that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back.  If we receive such goods we will charge 20% of handling fee and the items will be returned. (OndadeMar reserves the right to refuse any return in the case that the goods or items have been used or soiled in any way.)

A maximum of two (2) exchanges per purchase will be allowed.

If returning an item for an OndadeMar credit a merchandise credit will be issued and will be valid for one year from the issue date.

We will include a Return Authorization Form in every purchase.  Please fill out the form completely to avoid any delays in processing.   If you have requested an exchange, please make sure you provide credit card details so that we can cover new shipping expenses.

We suggest that you track and insure your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not reach our facility.

Sale items are final sale!  They are NOT returnable or exchangeable.  Any sale item received will be refused and/or returned at the customer’s shipping expense.
