    • Is my credit card number and information safe?

      Ondademar.com is committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. We respect your privacy and any information received is kept confidential. We will keep your e-mail on file to contact you with order updates regarding your order and occasionally send you free promotional e-mails. If you want to remove your information from our database, call us at (305) 372-4560 or email us at contactanos@ondademar.com and we will process your request immediately.

    • How can I check on my order?

      A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been approved. (In most cases your tracking number will remain the same, however, please note that if any changes are made in in the shipping information, service is upgraded or you are placing an international order a new tracking number will be generated. You will be notified of such a change via email for your records. You may also contact our offices via email or phone.

    • Can an item be in backorder?

      Yes, our website is updated on a regular basis, however, there may be times when an item is not available to be shipped immediately. If this should be the case, you will be notified via email with the style number and additional options as to how we can further assist you with your backordered item.

    • Do you accept phone orders?

      Yes, you can place your order over the phone with us by calling 305.372.4560

    • What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

      If an item is no longer available on the website it most likely means we no longer have it in stock. However, should you be interested in a particular item we can check with our main warehouse for availability. *Please note that the online reference code is necessary to check the inventory**

    • Do you have a catalog?

      OndadeMar has a printed catalog as well as an online catalog so that you can carefully take a look at every item we have available for you.

    • How quickly do you ship?

      Local shipping: Most orders will ship out from 24-48 hours of ordering depending on item availablility. (Please note: we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). International shipping: Usually arrives within 10-14 business days but may take longer depending on shipping date, holidays and location.

    • Can I order from anywhere around the world?

      Yes, you can order from anywhere around the world that has FedEx Service available, as we now have worldwide shipping.

    • How can I pay for my order?

      OndadeMar accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    • How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

      If you purchase an item that is a final sale (in other words – with a discount) that item is not returnable or exchangeable. We accept exchanges or an OndadeMar Credit valid for 1 year which can be applied towards as future purchases. Please review our return/exchange policy online for complete details or call our office prior to placing your order for further information. Please note when ready to use your credit, please do not place an order online, instead contact our offices and we will process your order internally.
