Our office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Also our representatives have extensive swimwear experience and can help you get the answers you deserve. We understand that swimwear comes with very legitimate sizing concerns and we want you to find a suit that fits perfectly, so don't hesitate to call if you need help.

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Ondademar uses Fedex and USA Postal Service for shipping in the USA... Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FEDEX... Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 4 - 6 business days (Fedex Ground). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your order. If you prefer to use the USA postal system, be aware that no shipping information is provided, only if you use Priority mail.
- UPS Next Day Air
You will receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 11 AM PST Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped Fedex Ground.
- UPS 2nd Day Air
You will receive your order two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 11 AM PST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped Fedex Ground.
- FEDEX GROUND
You will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days after your order is shipped from our office.
Ondademar SHIPPING AND DELIVERY For security reasons, Ondademar online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be

Most orders will ship out within a day or two of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

- INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. A minimum of $45 will be charged for order going to Japan and Australia, if the customer does not want to use FEDEX international service. In this case, orders will be shipped using the U.S.A. Postal Service, please be aware that sometimes the Postal Service does not provide a tracking number. Only Global Priority offers a tracking number, minimum cost $40.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. OndadeMar is not responsible for packages lost when the USA mail Postal Service is used. Please contact OndadeMar Toll free Customer Service (1-866-244-4258) for further information.
- Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:
Depending on the destination of the shipment, sales tax on shipping & handling may apply.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXCLUDING CANADA) International Shipping & Handling Rates :
All rates are quoted in U.S. DollarsPlease note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- International Shipping Options :
International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 14 business day, but may take up to 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays
- RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note certain items are marked as non- returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Undergarments such as panties are not returnable. Our return policy is as follows:
- No credit cards refunds
- Exchange only after 15 days of the invoice date
- Replacement of merchandise and exchange of brassieres styles or cup sizes
- Issue of merchandise credit to redeem at any time valid for one year.
The product must be in perfect shape, unused with hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge 20% of handling and we will return the items to you. A maximum of two exchanges per purchased will be allowed.
Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.
How to send your return or exchange
OndadeMar will include a return authorization form in every purchase. Please fill the form completely and specify the size, style or color that you want.

- LINGERIE RETURNS & EXCHANGE
There is no refund for panties and undergarments. Final sale. Tops and Brassieres can be exchanged for sizes only. All items must be in their original package and with tags attached to the garment. OndadeMar reserves the right to refuse any Return in the case that the goods or items have been used or soiled in any way.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and the Return Authorization form, provided with every purchase. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of invoice date.

- WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
An order requires 3-6 business days taking into account that we have the product in stock. Please notice that some orders are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We ship the product to you the same day or the day after we receive the order. In case of delay you will receive an email from one of our team member.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 - 16.00 EST, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or Public Holiday after 16:00 EST will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Our orders are sent via US postal service post or via Fedex ( if chosen).

- AVAILABILTY OF PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item and the item in back order will be sent at a later date at no extra shipping charge.
